MENZER offers a large selection of sanding paper for orbital sanders of all commercial makes and models. The high quality hook & loop system ensures the optimal adhesion of the sanding sheets on the rotating sanding pad. This ensures that the abrasives can be replaced quickly between the individual work steps.

Sanding sheets for orbital sanders are supplied by MENZER in many commercially available dimensions and hole systems: 80 x 133 mm, 93 x 180 mm, 93 x 186 mm and 115 x 230 mm as well as 8, 10 and 14 suction holes. All sanding sheets are available in the following grit types: semi-friable aluminium oxide (Platinum) and aluminium oxide with stearate coating (White), as well as in aluminium oxide (Red).

MENZER Platinum sanding sheets - for an even better abrasion rate

MENZER Platinum abrasives consist of a sharp, specially optimised semi-friable aluminium oxide. The MENZER AntiStat technology prevents the abrasive from being clogged by sanding dust. In addition, the innovative MENZER CoolTec coating protects the abrasive against clogging when working on thermoplastic materials such as paints or varnishes. This finish extends the service life of the Platinum sanding sheets, making them a highly versatile sanding paper for use with orbital sanders in interior work.

MENZER Red aluminium oxide sanding paper can be used universally, including sanding of wood, plastic or smoothing cement. MENZER White is particularly suitable for thermoplastic surfaces such as paints or varnishes due to its stearate coating. The high quality finish prevents clogging and increases service life.
