Orbital floor sanders are ideal all-rounders for the renovation and cleaning of difficult substrates: The different MENZER sanding discs and pads make it possible for the machines to be used from coarse cutting to precision grinding, as well as cleaning of mineral-based or textile floor coverings.

The MENZER product range includes (double) sanding discs and sanding meshes and always provides a suitable solution for a wide variety of applications. Sanding discs for orbital floor sanders such as the MENZER ESM 406 are available in the dimensions 330 mm, 375 mm and 406 mm and with the following grit types: aluminium oxide, silicon carbide or fused aluminium oxide. Due to the high quality hook & loop backings, the abrasives have optimal adhesion and can be replaced quickly.

MENZER pads and diamond segments - from slightly abrasive to hard

Using suitable attachments and pads, the MENZER ESM 406 orbital floor sander incl. sanding kit can be used for the most difficult substrates: The MENZER diamond driving disc can be combined with different sanding segments, making it easy to work on even tough and hard surfaces. This includes concrete and screed as well as thermoplastic materials such as adhesives, asphalt and epoxy resin. The corresponding diamond segments can be easily attached to the driving disc.

The MENZER carbide grit-sanding discs for orbital floor sanders are particularly suitable for working on concrete and screed. MENZER diamond polishing pads can be used to sand and polish hard, natural substrates such as marble, granite and natural stone. The MENZER thunder pads are ideal for removing slight scratches, wax, as well as for high gloss polishing of concrete, screed and marble floors.

MENZER polishing and cleaning pads for orbital floor sanders

MENZER sanding and cleaning pads for orbital floor sanders are made of durable polyester and are available in different thicknesses: The various pads can be used for cleaning as well as oiling and waxing of parquet and wooden floors.

The beige pad is suitable for smoothing when applying oils and waxes. Proud wood fibres can be removed easily on softwood. MENZER wool pads are a particularly good solution for polishing and buffing of floor waxes. The pads are available in two versions: The natural wool pad is made of 100% felted natural wool. The synthetic wool pad is made of high quality synthetic fibres.

The MENZER ESM can also be used for wet cleaning of floors. In the MENZER ESM 406 version inclusive of cleaning kit, the orbital floor sander is supplied with a set of one soft and one hard brush as well as an 8 l water tank for cleaning liquids.
