Sanding paper for belt sanders - long service life and excellent abrasion

MENZER offers sanding paper for all commercially available belt sanders such as MENZER, Bona Belt / Flexidrum, Janser Jaguar / Panther / Tiger / Leopard or Lägler Hummel / Superhummel. The abrasives are characterised by a particularly high abrasion rate and an extremely long service life. The backing material is made of a stable, polyester-reinforced fabric base, which is characterised by high tear resistance and flexibility.

The MENZER sanding belts for belt sanders are available in all commercially available types and grit sizes. They are ideal for sanding parquet or floorboards and are available in the following grit types: aluminium oxide (Red), zirconium aluminium oxide (Blue) and ceramic (Ruby). The MENZER product range includes the following dimensions: 200 x 480 mm, 200 x 551 mm, 200 x 750 mm, 250 x 700 mm as well as 300 x 800 mm.

Ceramic sanding belts - for maximum performance when working on hardwood

Ceramic sanding belts by MENZER are the ideal solution for sanding wooden floors - in particular hardwood floors. The ceramic sanding belts (Ruby) are available for belt sanders in the commonly used dimension of 200 x 750 mm. The innovative, self-sharpening ceramic grit provides maximum abrasion and a significant increase in service life.

All ceramic abrasives by MENZER are high performance products which are coated with a specially finished aluminium oxide (Al2O3). The crystalline structure of the ceramic grit means that micro-crystals break off during sanding, resulting in the continuous creation of new, extremely sharp sanding edges.
