Preparing a cost estimate for €9,90 (incl. VAT)
This amount will be charged in case of repair with the repair costs.
Subsequent repair, environmentally sound disposal or return of the disassembled machine after your approval
First complete repair order online, send and print for the subsequent shipping.
We will send you a paid-postage sticker via email for the free shipping of the machine complained about or we will get in touch with you to make an appointment for free collection.
Sign the printed repair order and if a warranty case, enclose with the machine along with a copy of the purchase receipt.
Package machine for safe transport and stick on the paid-postage sticker and send or make the goods ready for collection.
